Required Papers:
Applicants passport photocopy( including visa page copy)
Registration application form from Dubai Economic Department
Photocopy of applicants naturalization identification for UAE nationals only
NOC letter from the applicants current sponsor (not applicable for GCC nationals)
Approval issued by other Government authorities according to the type of business activity
Required Papers:
illed application form to get a professional license
Copies of the passports of owners or partners
Copy of local partners naturalization book
A No-Objection Certificate (NOC) from sponsors for foreign partners if the ex-pat is already on an employment visa. If the shareholder is on a visit visa, then his or her UID number is required
The foreign partners have to submit a copy of the visit, tourist or transit visa
Initial approval from the relevant authorities, depending on the type of activity to be undertaken (e.g., the Municipality, RTA, National Media Council, etc.)
Required Papers:
Must be located in Dubai and must have a valid Emirates ID
The minimum applicable age is 21
Register the trade name with the authorities. And the approval has to be attached with the application
Proof of residence (Makani number). However, Ejari is not necessary
