Notes for Eligibility:

• Must fully own a property of a minimal value of AED 2 million without any mortgage.
• Mortgage is allowed on any amount that is over AED 2 million if the property value exceeds it.

• An employment contract approved in the UAE. .
• Attested Bachelors degree or equivalent and a translation in Arabic.
• Salary certificate in Arabic issued by the employer with a bank statement for the last 6 months showing a monthly salary of an amount no less than AED 30,000.
